Wildwood Intentions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect through wildwoodintentions.com and how we use it, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Email signup: your email address, the date you joined, which form you used and what you asked to hear about (for example the newsletter or a waitlist).
• Emails you send us: your message and email address, so we can reply.
• Purchases: printables are currently sold on Etsy, which handles your payment and order details under its own privacy policy. We receive only what Etsy shares with sellers to fulfil your order.

How we use it

We use your email address, with your consent, to send our occasional newsletter and, if you join a waitlist, news about that programme or coaching offer. We may also send you a free printable gift when one is available. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by writing to us, and we'll delete your address.

Where it's stored

Our website and signup list are hosted by Cloudflare. We never sell or share your details with anyone for their marketing.

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@wildwoodintentions.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
